11-He Has Prepared A Place for You

    One thing that the Lord had to put me through was dealing with rejection. As I mentioned in a previous article, I had been trained to please people to achieve His approval. God put me in painful situations where I was continually rejected as a way to deliver me from that mindset. I was rejected by family, friends, and even pastors and ministries. Each time I was rejected, God would set me aside and assure me that He would never leave or forsake me. Often, we don’t understand why He puts us through situations that appear just the opposite of what we were asking. It is like receiving an inoculation with a small amount of disease to build up immunity to fight off the full disease.
