In the last article, I discussed the importance of Christ transferring His nature to us. When the Pharisees accused Him of not obeying the Law, Jesus responded, “You have invalidated the word of God for the sake of your traditions… These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me.” They were not benefiting from His presence, transferring His nature to them.
