And The Emmy Goes To …. NAC-92

On June 16, 2018, in Palm Springs, California, Ryan Sterton was awarded two Emmys for producing the locally popular San Diego Padres Baseball Team Point of View Program for Fox Sports. He is my third cousin twice removed on the Huseby side of the family and the proud son of Gail Kiltie.

The prestigious Emmy awards are presented to persons who have excelled in various aspects of the production of American television programs. The first Emmys were awarded in 1949, but only to programs aired in Los Angeles. By the mid-1950s, a similar organization was formed in New York City for East Coast programs. Now the two major organizations award Emmys to those who excel in their craft.
