“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder,” or so the saying goes. However, with all the beauty in Norway, there must be those who have captured that beauty on canvas. Since my daughter is a fantastic artist, and so is my cousin, Magda Jessen, who helped me with this article, I thought it might be fun to look at the art heritage of Norway. Later, I will hopefully delve into the legacy of Norwegian-American artists.
