We discovered a strange coincidence in our family tree research Dawn’s maid of honor was a distant cousin through the Baldwin family. I recently reconnected with my best man, whose surname was McCall. I never made any connection between his name and Dawn’s lineage until I started preparing this article. It seems that McCall meant the son of Call. Wouldn’t it also be weird to have him as a distant cousin? However, further research resulted in discounting any connection, at least with anyone in America.
