This article focuses on one of my first cousins, the daughter of my mother's sister. Aunt Selma (Sally) and Uncle Bill Thoreson had two sons and a daughter. We are saddened to hear their daughter, Marilyn Anne (Thoreson) Hovick, passed away. She is the first of my first cousins to do so, so it has hit the family hard. In celebration of her life, I include her obituary and the heartfelt eulogy delivered by her daughter, Susan Entriken.
